MintSoft ("we", "us", "our") operates the Billy mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

We collect the following types of information:

Device Information: Basic device model, OS version, and app version for crash reporting and optimization (via Firebase Crashlytics).
Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage patterns such as screen views and feature usage to improve the app experience (via Firebase Analytics).
Advertising Identifier: With your consent (via App Tracking Transparency on iOS), we may collect your advertising identifier for analytics purposes. You can opt out at any time through your device settings.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

Billy does NOT collect, store, or transmit any of your personal subscription data. All subscription information (service names, amounts, billing dates, memos) is stored exclusively on your local device and is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party services.

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is used solely for: (a) providing and maintaining the Service; (b) analyzing app performance and fixing bugs; (c) improving the user experience; (d) understanding general usage trends. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

Billy uses the following third-party services that may collect information: Firebase Analytics (Google) for anonymous usage analytics; Firebase Crashlytics (Google) for crash reporting and stability monitoring. These services operate under Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

6. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 14 months in accordance with Firebase's default retention settings. Crash reports are retained for up to 90 days. You may reset your analytics data by reinstalling the app.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: opt out of analytics tracking by disabling App Tracking Transparency on iOS or advertising personalization on Android; delete all local subscription data by uninstalling the app; request information about what data we have collected by contacting us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
